Refund Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for eligible paid services provided through Euro Documents.

1. Scope of This Policy

Euro Documents may provide information, administrative assistance, consultation, document-related guidance or other legitimate services.

The availability and scope of a service may vary depending on the nature of the customer's request.

This Refund Policy applies only to payments made for legitimate services offered or confirmed by Euro Documents.

2. Payment for Services

Where a payment is required, the customer may receive information regarding:

  • The requested service
  • The applicable fee
  • The payment reference or Request ID
  • The payment method
  • The current status of the request

Payment does not guarantee approval, acceptance or any particular decision by a government authority or other third party.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility may depend on factors including:

  • Whether the requested service has already started
  • Whether administrative or consultation work has already been completed
  • Whether the customer provided accurate information
  • Whether the service can reasonably be delivered
  • The reason for the refund request

Each refund request may be reviewed individually.

4. Services Already Performed

Where consultation, research, administrative work or other agreed services have already been substantially performed, a full refund may not be available.

Where appropriate, Euro Documents may consider a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund may be refused where:

  • The requested service has already been fully completed
  • The customer provided false or misleading information
  • The customer requested cancellation after substantial work was completed
  • The request involved unlawful or prohibited activity
  • A payment dispute is fraudulent or abusive

Nothing in this section affects consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Government or Third-Party Decisions

Euro Documents cannot guarantee decisions made by government authorities or other third parties.

A refund will not automatically be provided solely because:

  • An application is rejected by an authority
  • A document is not accepted by an authority
  • A customer is not eligible for an official procedure
  • A government procedure takes longer than expected

Where Euro Documents has provided the agreed service, external decisions do not automatically create a right to a refund.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Euro Documents and provide:

  • Your name
  • Your Request ID or payment reference
  • The date of payment
  • A clear explanation of the reason for your request

Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to review the request.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using an appropriate method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on the original payment method and the payment provider involved.

9. Payment Provider Fees

Where permitted by applicable law, certain third-party transaction or payment processing fees may not be refundable.

Any applicable deductions will be explained where appropriate.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Euro Documents first to attempt to resolve payment concerns.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services and appropriate action to protect Euro Documents and its customers.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The most recent version will be published on this page.
